General booking conditions and basic accommodation rules:
Upon arrival, guests must pay the city tax of € 4.00 per person per night (not included in the price), show a document (identity card/driving license for European countries, passport for non-European countries (pursuant to Article 109 Tulps)) and the booking confirmation voucher.
There is no front desk in this property.
The check-in location differs from the property location and it is in our main office, at Corte Nova 2031, Castello, 30122 Venice.
To make arrangements for check-in, please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation.
Check-in/Check-out
Please contact our staff at least 48 hours before your arrival, in order to organize your check-in, our contacts are available in the booking confirmation. Veneziacentopercento cannot guarantee the access to the accommodation unless you let us know your arrivl information for the check-in organization.
Check in, with assistance from our staff, it is available from 15.30 until 19.30.
If you'd like to arrive after 7.30 pm arranging, in advance, the self check-in option
CHECK-IN: Check-in with our staff is available from 15.30 until 19.30. You can arrive later than 19.30, organizing in advance your check in independently (self check in must be organized in advance with our staff).
CHECK OUT: You should leave the accommodation before 10.30 in the morning. In our office there is a luggage deposit available on payment (6 euros each piece of luggage).
It is not allowed to receive visits/guests unrelated to the reservation.
It is not allowed to make loud noises after 9.00 pm and before 9.00 am.
Parties are not allowed.
All our accommodations are strictly non smoking.
Our apartments and rooms are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.
- CANCELLATION POLICIES -
Web Rate Standard:
Cancellation terms without penalty: within 8 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation from 2 to 7 days before the beginning of the stay an amount equal to 30% of the total booking will be withheld.
For cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival or in case of “No Show”, the entire amount of the reservation will be withheld.
Prepaid not refundable rate:
There are no refunds in case of early departure and / or non-arrival after the cancellation deadline. Reservations from special “Prepaid” offers: NO reimbursement or other benefits are provided.
Flexi plus Rate:
No penalty will be applied for cancellations made within 3 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation 2 days before arrival or in case of “No Show”, the entire amount of the reservation will be withheld as penalty.
There are no refunds in case of early departure and / or no-arrival after the cancellation deadline.
BeSafe insurance policy on request:
Refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the reasons allowed in the Insurance Policy.
